On August 19, 1949, plaintiff instituted this action by injunction. The petition alleges in substance that the plaintiff is the owner of an apartment building located at 504 North Euclid, St. Louis, Missouri; that on or about December 1, 1947, plaintiff appointed the defendant as his agent to manage the apartment building, to collect the rents therefrom, and to generally perform such duties as are customarily incident to management of an apartment building...
