This is an appeal by the State of Alabama from a decree of the equity court of Montgomery County overruling its demurrer to the bill in the nature of a bill in equity filed by the Alabama Power Company. The bill seeks relief against alleged discriminatory practices in the assessment for ad valorem taxes of the properties of the complainant.
