This action was returned to the Superior Court in New Haven County. The writ is dated March 16, 1949. The defendants are the Connecticut Importing Company (to be called the company), Ernest Dambrov, Meyer Hershman and Alexander Ward. No service was made on Ward, a nonresident, nor has he appeared. In speaking of the defendants, we shall refer only to Dambrov and Hershman.
