This appeal is from a final decree of the equity court avoiding the forfeiture of a lease of real estate and enjoining the landlord from instituting a suit in unlawful detainer against the tenant for recovery of the premises. The bill was filed by J. D. Humphrey, Jr., individually and as trustee for his three sisters, against Addie Webb Humphrey. The real estate leased by Addie Webb Humphrey to the complainant and his sisters is located in Huntsville...
