This is an appeal from an order overruling appellants' plea of privilege.

Appellant Mrs. M. H. Yeagle in 1947 was divorced from John B. Bull by the 36th District Court of Bee County. The decree at that time adjudicated custody and support matters as to the only child born of this union. On December 3, 1949, appellee, John B. Bull, filed an application in the original divorce suit in Bee County seeking a reduction in the amount of the support...
