Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of murder of William J. Muldoon in violation of section 690.1, Code 1946, I.C.A. He entered a plea of guilty. Pursuant to Code section 690.4 the trial court, after the examination of witnesses, determined that defendant was guilty of murder in the first degree.
