PER CURIAM.

Defendant was indicted and tried for the crime of keeping a house of ill fame in violation of section 724.3, Code 1946, I.C.A. At the conclusion of the testimony the trial court directed the jury to return a verdict of not guilty, dismissed the indictment and discharged defendant. The state's appeal to us was submitted on the clerk's transcript which fails to reveal error. The judgment is therefore...
