Tilghman, his mother, seek the release of Woodrow Wilson Tilghman from the custody of the sheriff of Oklahoma county, where he was remanded to custody, in absence of ability to make bond, after conviction in the district court of Oklahoma county, on a charge of robbery with firearms after former conviction of a felony.
