The defendant, Charles Stout, was charged in the county court of Nowata county with the crime of unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor, but following this the information was amended and the charge was changed to that of transporting intoxicating liquor. Thereafter, the defendant was arraigned on the amended information and subsequently he filed a motion to suppress the evidence, and asked to be heard without a jury, and hearing was had on February...
