This is an appeal by the City of Natchitoches from a judgment of the District Court rejecting its suit against the Gulf Refining Company wherein the City sought to cancel a five year commercial lease granted to the defendant company covering a filling station site in the City of Natchitoches owned by the City as surplus property.
