Seals was convicted of the murder of Frank W. Stuart and sentenced to death. On this appeal he argues a number of assigned errors he contends were committed in the trial of the case. One is the refusal of the lower court to instruct the jury to acquit him. That, of course, goes to the heart of the case. If he was entitled to that instruction we should reverse the case and discharge him here. Therefore, we pass upon that contention first. Seals...
