This is a divorce proceeding brought by plaintiff, Esther T. Blair, against defendant, Raphael S. Blair. A jury returned a verdict finding the issues for plaintiff and against defendant. The chancellor also submitted two special interrogatories to the jury with instructions to the jury to the jury to answer the same yes or no.
