Appellee brought this suit against appellant under the Federal Employers' Liability Act, 45 U.S.C.A. § 51 et seq., for the recovery of damages on account of personal injuries sustained by him when a passenger train on which he was the locomotive engineer collided with the rear end of a freight train.
