This is a suit by Robert Gilbert Teekel against the Employers Casualty Company, the insurer of Jones-Laughlin Supply Company, under the Workmen's Compensation Act, Act No. 20 of 1914, as amended, wherein he claims compensation not to exceed 400 weeks at the rate of $20.00 per week, subject to a credit of $520.00, and an additional sum not to exceed $500.00 medical and hospital expenses.
