This is an action at law brought by the plaintiff to recover from the defendant the purchase price of merchandise sold by the plaintiff to the defendant under a written contract. The case was tried to a jury resulting in a verdict in favor of the plaintiff in the sum of $427.45, together with interest and costs of the action. Judgment was accordingly entered on the verdict.
