STACY, Chief Justice.

When the defendant returned to his store, after the shooting, he remarked that "it was an accident", but added significantly, "I can't make nobody believe it was". The jury took him at his word. They did not believe it was an accident or a misadventurous shooting.

The defendant has abandoned all of his exceptions, except those addressed to the argument of the solicitor and the court's charge to the jury.
