This suit was brought in the Court of Common Pleas of Baltimore City by Louis J. Meyers, trading as Marclay-Oden, Realtors, to recover commission from Mrs. Anna Borowski for the sale of her real property at 2318 Fleet Street and the tavern and restaurant business conducted there under the name of Pete's Harmony Inn.
