Harley, is an inmate of the United States penitentiary at Leavenworth, Kansas, where he is serving a sentence of 15 years pronounced against him by the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, upon a plea of guilty to an indictment charging him with the crime of bank robbery, which sentence was pronounced on May 13, 1947.
