This is a bill in equity principally to obtain specific performance of the provisions of a written contract dated August 18, 1948, and an indenture of trust of the same date. There is a report of material facts, and a report of the evidence. The case is here on an appeal by the plaintiffs Luke L. Goff and Margaret MacDonald from a final decree dismissing the bill.
