Helena Roussel filed a petition for appointment of herself as guardian of the person and estate of Mabel E. Hubbard, her mother. She alleged in the petition that Mrs. Hubbard was incompetent and unable to care for herself or her property by reason of the excessive use of alcohol. After a hearing upon the petition, the court found that Mrs. Hubbard was unable, unassisted, to manage and take care of herself or her property, and it made an order appointing petitioner...
