This matter comes before the court on appeal of Eric F. and Augusta H. Danisch from an order of the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board dated October 27, 1949, refusing a hotel liquor license and amusement permit in Pocono Township, Monroe County, Pa. The only reason set forth for refusing the liquor license and amusement permit is set forth as follows:

"The board is not satisfied that applicants have been residents in the Commonwealth...
