Plaintiffs, Vapor Blast Manufacturing Company (hereinafter called Vapor) and A. H. Eppler, instituted a civil action in the United States District Court of the District of Maryland, against the Pangborn Corporation (hereinafter called Pangborn), alleging infringement by Pangborn of the Eppler patent, No. 2,462,480. Only claims 15 and 21 of the patent are here in suit. The District Judge concluded:
