This suit was brought by appellee, Annie Sgitcovich, a feme sole, against appellant, her sister, also a feme sole. Following the filing of appellant's motion to require appellee Hart, one of appellee's attorneys, to be joined as a party plaintiff in the suit, the said Hart became a party plaintiff, and on this appeal is one of the appellees, but he appears not to have claimed any interest in the subject matter of this suit; and hereafter the term appellee...
