The claimant, E. Rex Bruner, is an experienced flyer of airplanes, and the defendants, W. L. Klassi, Norman Wolters, Dale Marsh, and Charlene Rucker were doing business under the name of Klassi Agricultural Chemical Service, which business consisted of chemical spraying by airplanes.
