Macie Dowdy, administratrix of the estate of W.W. Dowdy, deceased, sued the United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company to recover upon what is termed a "volunteer fire company blanket accident policy", sometimes referred to as a "limited accident policy". W.W. Dowdy was a member of the Fire Department of the city of Holdenville, which secured accident insurance for its firemen. The policy involved here provides:
