This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of the plaintiff against the defendants, based on an award in favor of Floyd Shouse. The defendants did not carry workmen's compensation insurance but it was the claim of the state that they were amenable to the provisions of the Workmen's Compensation Act because they had three employees regularly employed in their business.
