This is an appeal from an order overruling a plea of privilege. Union Bus Lines, Inc., filed suit in Atascosa County, Texas, against Virgil Cumba and R. T. Ezell, residents of Eastland County, Texas. The suit arose as a result of a bus-truck collision which occurred within the City Limits of Jourdanton, Atascosa County, Texas.
