This matter is before the Court on plaintiff's motion to review the Clerk's taxation of costs filed June 20, 1950. The only exception argued was the disallowance by the Clerk of mileage fees for Dr. Albert L. Spaulding and Mrs. Cornelius Lee from Chicago, Illinois, to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and return.
