Eleanor Jane Carey, formerly Eleanor Jane Drake, filed suit against her brother, Rolland Drake and her sister, Helen Drake, wherein she sought to set aside a deed she had made to Rolland on the ground of fraud. The deed was to approximately a one-fourth interest in a Winneshiek County farm which Eleanor had inherited from her father.
