This is an action in which plaintiff seeks to enjoin the defendant from the unlicensed practice of veterinary surgery, veterinary dentistry and veterinary medicine. The defendant moved to dismiss the plaintiff's petition on the ground that it did not state a claim upon which relief could be granted. This motion was sustained and from the order dismissing the petition the plaintiff appeals.
