The plaintiff, a duly licensed realtor, has filed this suit in which he is claiming from the defendant $675.00 as an alleged commission due him under an open listing of the defendant's property for which the plaintiff obtained a purchaser acceptable to the defendant. The plaintiff alleges an exclusive listing of the property for a price of $13,800.00 which was to run for a period of ninety days which, at the defendant's request, was changed to open listing...
