The plaintiff brought this suit pursuant to the Federal Employers' Liability Act, 45 U.S.C.A. §§ 51-60, to recover damages for the death of her husband, a 44 year old day laborer, who had been employed by the Pennsylvania Railroad for some time prior to the accident which resulted in his death.
