This is a suit by Robert Hunt and wife, Louise Mai, to enforce redemption of a tract of about three acres of land situated in the city of Humboldt.

The Chancellor decreed that complainants were entitled to redeem, but instead of awarding them the land he adopted their suggestion in the brief and argument and awarded them the value of the land before improvements made by certain defendants...
