McCULLEN, Judge.
This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis in favor of respondent and against appellant in the sum of $2250. The controversy between the parties arose out of the leasing and alteration and repair of property located at 2300-2302 South Broadway in the City of St. Louis.
