This is a suit for damages filed by the plaintiffs, William F. Dunn, Jr. and Leslie Conrad, as the result of a collision between a 1940 Ford convertible automobile owned and being driven by Conrad and in which Dunn was the guest passenger, and an alleged tank car, property of the defendant railroad company.
