This is an action of contract to recover on a fire insurance policy for claimed damages to the plaintiffs' stock of goods, store and office furniture and fixtures and wearing apparel. The property was located in a drug store owned by the plaintiffs. The trial was by jury and the only question submitted was as to the amount of damages.
