This action was instituted by A.R. Tingstad against the National Bank of Commerce of Seattle, the executor of the estate of Rowland F. Meggee, deceased, and Harper-Meggee, Inc., to secure a decree of specific performance of a contract. The trial court entered such a decree, and defendants have appealed.
