Plaintiffs sued for personal injuries arising from a motor vehicle collision. The defendants were named as "CHARLES J. EVANS, individually, doing business under the firm name and style of EVANS AUTO AND TRUCK RENTAL COMPANY, JOHN COFFEE." Plaintiffs were granted leave to amend the name of the individual to "Charles H. Evans."
