This is an action for damages for personal injuries, brought by plaintiff R.M. Saylor against Lorenzo C. Brown, d/b/a Brownie's New Method Potato Chip Company, and Elmer Cochran. The trial court overruled the motion for an instructed verdict filed by the defendants at the close of all the evidence, and submitted the case of a jury, which returned a verdict in favor of plaintiff and against both defendants.
