Olof Zetterlund, a citizen of Dade County, died in California August 21, 1945. On May 23, 1945, Dora Miller, his housekeeper, was appointed guardian of his person and property by the Superior Court of California. This case grew out of an abortive attempt on the part of Dora Miller to administer or dispose of certain portions of Olof Zetterlund's property under the laws of California.
