Plaintiffs filed this bill of complaint and supplemental bill to set aside a certain deed, claiming that it was a voidable cloud on their title to certain land. After denial of a motion to dismiss, the defendant filed answer setting up affirmative defenses and a cross bill asking for a decree that he had title to the land in question free from any claims by the plaintiffs.
