This action in forcible entry and detainer was begun in the Magistrate Court of Pike County, Missouri, by respondents as plaintiffs against appellants as defendants to recover possession of certain premises described in the complaint of plaintiffs. The land involved is situated in the Mississippi River Bottoms in south-eastern Pike County.
