This was an action involving the title to certain Arkansas River accretions, locally termed "Quandt Island," and situated near Arkansas Post, Arkansas. Plaintiffs brought suit to quiet their alleged title to the area in controversy; defendant, by answer and counterclaim, set up title in itself which it asked to have quieted.
