This is a suit by Ernest Sanders, Jr. to quiet title to a strip of land 50 feet wide and 350 feet long on the west side of Frl. Block 22 of Maxfield's Second Eastern Addition to the City of Batesville, Arkansas, and to cancel a deed of said lands from Alph Shirley and wife to appellee, Leona Baker.
