This is a suit for benefits under a "Manufacturers' and Contractors' Liability Policy" brought in the Circuit Court of Shelby County by the insured, Foster Trailer Company, against the insurer, the U.S.F. & G. Company. The Trial Judge sustained a demurrer to the declaration and dismissed the suit. Plaintiff has perfected appeal.
