This is an appeal from an order sustaining a plea of privilege. The case grew out of a collision between a truck and an automobile. Exception 9, Article 1995, Vernon's Ann.Civ.Stats., amended 1947, is involved, as it is contended that defendant's alleged servant, the driver of the truck, committed certain acts proscribed by the penal provisions of the Uniform Act Regulating Traffic on Highways, Acts 1947, 50th Leg. p. 967, ch. 421, Article 6701d...
