This is a suit by appellee as guardian of his infant ward, appellant herein, seeking authority by a judgment of the court to mortgage the one eighth interest of the infant in a farm, for the purposes hereinafter set forth, pursuant to the provisions of Sec. 489 (8) of the Civil Code of Practice.
