This is a patent suit involving four patents relating to Venetian blind steel slats and the process and apparatus for their manufacture.

First, the Court points out that infringement of three of the four patents of the plaintiff that are in suit, namely, the two Wilson patents and the Morse patent, has been conceded by the testimony of the defendant's chief witness, Hughes.
