Plaintiff claims that he was in the employ of the defendant as salesman from May 1 to May 22, 1947, and alleges that he is entitled to 45% of the gross profit on all sales made by him during that period, and by this suit seeks an accounting from defendant and prays for a judgment of "approximately $450.00" for the commissions due him.

The answer admits the employment, but denies that plaintiff is entitled to the commissions sued for. However...
