BAKER, Justice.

This is a proceeding under the workmen's compensation act, general laws 1938, chapter 300, by an employee against his employer. A petition was filed in the superior court by petitioner asking that respondent be adjudged in contempt for its failure to make certain payments and also for other relief. From the entry of a decree denying and dismissing the petition an appeal has been duly prosecuted to this court by petitioner.
